Commendation
David Williamson has had an exercise for some time to work in the gospel in the British Isles, and more especially here in Northern Ireland. David is married to Jennie and they have one little baby girl of 7 weeks, Anna Faith. This exercise was made known to the responsible brethren in his local assembly at Ebenezer, Belfast. These details in turn were placed before the assembly which unanimously agreed with the exercise. He has therefore been commended by the assembly at Ebenezer to the grace of God for the work to which we feel he has been called.

Bellshill Gospel Hall: After over 100 years of service and testimony in Bellshill, the assembly has decided to close. Falling numbers and extensive repairs being needed to the building reluctantly forced the assembly’s decision. However, the Sunday School continues in Union Hall, Uddingston and a number of the Bellshill believers have been received into fellowship in Uddingston assembly also.
